Capt. Doug's Painkiller Recipe
Blend, Shake or Stir:
4 ounces of pineapple juice
1 ounce of orange juice
1 ounce of cream of coconut
2 ounces of rum (traditionally, Pusser's Rum)
Pour into a 12 ounce glass filled with ice
Grate fresh nutmeg on top
Garnish with an orange slice and you're done

Ingredients:
Ice
2 ounces Gosling's Black Seal rum
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice (optional)
3 ounces chilled ginger beer
1 candied ginger slice (if available)
1 lime wheel
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum and lime juice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Stir in the ginger beer. Skewer the ginger slice and lime wheel and garnish the cocktail.
